By accessing or purchasing from The Plant Warehouse, you agree to the following terms.

1. General These terms apply to all visitors and customers of theplantwarehouse.nz. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products All plants and living products are sold as described. Due to the natural variation in living plants, minor differences in size, shape, and colour from product images are to be expected. This does not constitute a fault.

3. Pricing All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

4. Orders & Payment Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. We accept Shopify Payments, PayPal, and Afterpay (pending). We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

5. Shipping We ship within New Zealand only. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Rural deliveries may take longer. Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds Our returns policy is governed by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. We do not offer change of mind returns. Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

7. Living Plants Plants are living organisms. We take great care in packaging, however we cannot be held responsible for deterioration caused by delays outside our control, or improper care after delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by NZ law, The Plant Warehouse's liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
