We want you to be happy with your purchase. Our refund policy complies with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Change of Mind We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the damage or incorrect item

We will assess your claim and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Living Plants Plants are living organisms and require proper care upon arrival. We cannot accept returns for plants that have deteriorated due to improper care, incorrect watering, unsuitable light conditions, or environmental factors after delivery.

We take every care in packaging your plants for transit, however we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services outside our control.

Pots, Soils & Accessories Unused items in original condition may be considered for return within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us before returning any item.

Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
