Where We Ship We currently ship within New Zealand only — North Island and South Island, including rural addresses.
Shipping Rates Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. Rural addresses incur an additional rural delivery surcharge.

Christchurch local rate available for orders 3kg–25kg at $12.90.
Dispatch Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation from our Christchurch warehouse. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Timeframes
- South Island: 1–2 business days
- North Island: 2–4 business days
- Rural addresses: add 1–2 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to courier disruptions outside our control.
Living Plants & Packaging All plants are carefully packaged to survive transit. Please open and inspect your order promptly upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if there are any concerns.
Tracking A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. You can use this to monitor your delivery.
